Specialist in urban policy, spatial planning and data science with over eight years of experience advancing social, territorial, and environmental justice. Bridges public policy, applied research, and technological tools (GeoAI) to turn evidence into high-impact decisions.
She has led multidisciplinary and specialist teams, and collaborated with governments, international organizations, and academia. She has held high-level public positions in the Government of Mexico, where she promoted official standards, prevention and reconstruction programs, and specialized technical projects.
She holds a MSc in Space Syntax (Spatial Planning) from The Bartlett, University College of London (with Distinction), with additional training at the Architectural Association (London) and the University of São Paulo (Brazil), and a Bachelor’s in Architecture from National Autonomous University of México (with honors).
Alongside professional practice, she teaches and develops public space interventions, and has participated in international forums —including the UN— engaging with countries such as Japan, the Netherlands, Kenya, and Italy.
